We’ve been searching for that perfect cup of coffee for years, but living in the middle of rural Vermont means we’re hours away from the urban coffee scene. In 2014, we started home roasting — and years later, we continue to search for the perfect cup. As we strive toward that ideal cup of coffee, we’ve upgraded our roaster, found the right importer of beans, and decided to share our results with you.
